Fares and Tickets :

Fare Guarantees: Fare is guaranteed at time of booking and ticketed only when accompanied by a valid form of payment.  Fares and rules are subject to change without notice.

Before Ticketing:  Traveller must reconfirm all the information (full name spelling, cities from and to, dates of travel):

a . Name on air ticket, date of birth must match traveller passport.

b. Valid passport.

c. Visa requirements must be checked with the embassy directly for all the transit and destination points.

Once ticket is done, neither Worldwide Travel Inc. nor its employee or agents cannot be held responsible for any liability or damage due to the negligence or error.

3.  All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE

4. NO SHOW or LATE ARRIVAL, passenger ticket becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. Partially used tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE..

Re-Confirmation :

You must reconfirm your outbound and inbound flights 42 hours before departure for any schedule change.

Passport Requirements:

The International Trip requiring TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION for each traveller. Anytime you to or connect through a foreign country. You need to have Government issued travel document. And you also required Passport and all required international travel documentation including all required VISA's. Failure to do so may denied boarding and you may have to bear additional cost.

If YOU ARE A U.S. citizen, the requirements for obtaining a passport are outlined on the U.S. state department's web site. Also make sure to acquaint yourself with the destination country's entry requirements.( Entry Requirement and Passport Services & Information). Some countries for example require US passport be valid for at least six(6) months or longer beyond the dates of your trip.

It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he/she is in possession of valid travel documents(passport, visa etc.). All such documents are the responsibility of the passenger , who is traveling.

Credit Card Payment:  Many airlines do not accept credit card payment for discounted ticket.  If airline accepts credit card for the discounted ticket, in this case we only accept the credit card of the passenger who is travelling. We do not accept third party credit cards.

Refunds & Exchange: under given circumstances only if the airline accept the reason and with airline approval if your ticket can be refunded or reissued, passenger must pay Airline due such as Penalty and difference in fare. With these additional our Agency handling fee of $50.00 applies. In case if fare is dropped at the time of reissuing difference is non-refundable.

Frequent Flyer, Special Meal , Seating Request : Passenger's responsibility to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, and or seating arrangement. Any charges assessed by the airline, is a responsibility of the passenger to pay.
